Vår 60-min-yoga är en Slow Flow som utgår från Hatha yoga och passar alla nivåer,även nybörjare. I yogan ger vi kroppen uppmärksamhet genom mjukt stärkande och stretchande positioner och rörelser. Vi gör övningar som hjälper dig att släppa på stress och spänningar, att få igång blodcirkulationen och att bli mer närvarande. Efter yogan serveras lunch på Restaurang HaQ intill.
Plats: First Hotel Kungsbron, Västra Järnvägsgatan 17, Stockholm
Tid: tisdagar och torsdagar, 11.30 - 12.30
Ta med: egen matta (köp eller låna en av oss). Kom i kläder som tillåter kroppen att röra sig fritt. Inga omklädningsrum eller duschar finns här, så kom ombytt och i god tid.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
