Yoga detox är den ultimata detox cleaning process.
Det gamla yoga namnet är Shankprakshalana (tarmsköljning). Man dricka lät saltat vatten och gör övningar till vattnet går igenom tarmen och renar hela dit system. Magen renas, nässköljning och en healing paus för alla organ när kroppen är helt tom och stilla. Där efter hållas en vegetarisk speciell diet i 10 dagar medan toxiner utskiljas och reningsorganen stimuleras med andra Hatha yoga övningar. (inte för folk med magsår) gör inte detta själv hemma.
- Fasta fredag kvällen innan och kom lördag morgon på tom mage.
- Vi tar det lugnt lördag eftermiddag och kväll.

Yogamatta finns i lokalen.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
