(ENG) No Pride without a parade! Because of the pandemic situation it’s been really hard to organize pride parades in a safe and secure way, but we’ve found a solution! WorldPride Opening Parade takes place at Malmö Stadion where we can take the restrictions in to consideration. The pride parade is a big party, but it’s also an important manifestation that reminds us that we still need to fight for human rights. Festivities and surprises awaits the approximately 3000 people that attend the parade. Tickets are free for everyone, first come first served.

Sedan pandemin slog till har det varit oerhört svårt att anordna Pride-parader på ett säkert och tryggt vis, men nu har vi lyckats hitta en lösning. WorldPride Opening Parade äger rum på Malmö Stadium där vi kan förhålla oss till de restriktioner som finns. Prideparaden en stor fest, men även en viktig manifestation som påminner om hur vi behöver fortsätta kampen för mänskliga rättigheter. Här väntar överraskningar och feststämning för de ca 3000 personer som deltar på läktarna och i paraden. Biljetterna är gratis och det är först till kvarn som gäller.

- Due to Covid19 restrictions, you're required to get 3 or 4 seated tickets in a row (depending on the section you've selected your tickets in). However, if you're buying a standing ticket, you're allowed to get 1 ticket per person.

We’ll bring thousands of LGBTI+ people to Copenhagen and Malmö (in Sweden, just a 20 minute journey across the iconic Øresund Bridge) for the most important LGBTI+ event ever held in Scandinavia.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
