13-14 April fyller vi återigen Umeå med livemusik. Byggd av ideella krafter i över 20 år med ett brinnande intresse och fingertoppskänsla för livemusik tar vi över Umeå med scener spridda över hela stan. En festival som tar plats och ställning med över 70 akter på två dagar.
BILJETTVILLKOR
Festivalpass säljs endast via Billetto. Köpta biljetter återköps ej. Biljetten är en värdehandling och ska behandlas som sådan. Umeå Open ansvarar ej för plagierade biljetter. Biljetten är inte personlig.
Vad kostar en biljett?
Priset på biljetten följer en biljettstege. Detta betyder att ju tidigare du köper din biljett, desto snällare pris får du. Just nu är vi på steg 2, vilket innebär att en biljett kostar 495 SEK. Priset höjs kl 23:59 den 28 februari. Biljettstegens olika steg och fullständig prisbild ser du nedan:
Early-bird: 295 SEK säljstart 10/11 08.00 limiterat antal
Steg 1: 395 SEK från det att Early-bird sålt slut till 27/12
Steg 2: 495 SEK 28/12 till och med 28/2
Steg 3: 595 SEK 29/2 till och med 28/3
Steg 4: 645 SEK 29/3 till festival
Endagsbiljetter: 395 SEK
En serviceavigft från Billetto tillkommer på varje biljett.
ÅLDERSGRÄNS
Festivalens åldersgräns är 13 år, men vid vissa scener är åldersgränsen 18 år. Åldersgränsen 13 år är satt utifrån rekommendationer från Socialstyrelsen för att skydda hörseln på yngre personer. Åldersgränsen 18 är satt vid de scener där serveringsområdet för alkohol inte går att skilja från scenområdet. Det finns en rabatterad ungdomsbiljett för besökare som är 13-17 år gamla, observera att dessa biljetter ej ger tillgång till alla venues. Vilka akter som spelar var presenteras inom kort.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
