Serbien spelar en nyckelroll i västra Balkan, en region som präglats av många konflikter och etniska motsättningar. Ett ännu olöst problem är förhållandet mellan Serbien och Kosovo. Stabilititeten i regionen kan inte tas för given.
EU har nyligen presenterat en förstärkt utvidgningsplan med sikte på EU-medlemskap för i första hand Serbien och Montenegro. Rysslands geopolitiska intressen i regionen blir alltmer tydliga.
Seminariet handlar om Serbiens fortsatta roll i Europa, om stämningsläget, demokratin och mänskliga rättigheterna i landet.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
