Den 6 november får vi glatt besök av Thierry Puzelat från det smått legendariska vinhuset Clos du Tue-Boeuf
Vi ställer till med vinmakar middag och vinhäng i baren.
Det kommer att bli en middag om 6 serveringar parade med Thierrys 6 vassaste viner vi kan hitta just nu!

Clos du Tue-Boeuf
Det finns gott om historia runt ‘Clos du Tue-Boeuf. Du kan spåra vinframställning här tillbaka till medeltiden. Den här platsen brukade vara en uppoffringsplats, därav har domainen även fått sitt namn. Sedan 1400-talet har denna 6 hektar "Clos" varit i händerna på familjen Puzelat.
Thierry och Jean-Marie Puzelat tog över helt och hållet efter sin far när han blev tillräckligt gammal för att släppa det 1994.
Före 70-talet var familjetraditionen att odla vinstockar, sparris och spannmål. Vinerna gick då till bulkviner. Thierry och Jean-Maries far ändrade detta genom att börja fokusera på vinet och att flaska sina egna viner på domänen.
Idag är det Thierry ihop med sin dotter Zoe som styr skeppet, och de ser till att vi varje år får en rejäl dos av energi fyllda, fantastiskt goda och festliga viner, som speglar deras egna personligheter mycket väl.
