Den mansdominerade techbranschen skriker efter kvinnor. För att skapa en miljö som både attraherar och behåller en mångfald av talanger behöver vi adressera allt från snacket vid kaffeautomaten till hur vi får fler kvinnor att känna att tech är för dem. Det finns massor av könsnormer som begränsar oss och vi är alla en del av att upprätthålla dem. Så hur tar vi samtalen om detta? Och hur kan vi agera annorlunda?
Aaron Kroon är en av näringslivets tydligaste röster för att nyckeln till framgång är ett lyckat mångfalds- och inkluderingsarbete. Under 20 år har han genomskådat floskler, utmanat ledningsgrupper och vänt uppochner på affärsplaner.
Förutom sina personliga erfarenheter av att vara gay och svart på toppositioner inom svenskt näringsliv, har han ett pärlband av tunga ledaruppdrag i bagaget, bland annat som kundchef på ICA och innovations- och mångfaldsdirektör på Vattenfall. Idag arbetar han som nordisk HR-direktör på Blocket och Schibsted.
Under denna interaktiva eftermiddag kommer ni tillsammans med Aaron vrida och vända på hur vi tillsammans kan skapa en jämställd techbransch.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
