I snart 30 år har Farbror Grön haft händerna i jorden och ägnat sig åt det gröna. Det började med en övergiven trädgård och har blommat ut till att han odlar minst tre olika odlingar varje säsong, på takfarmen, stadsodlingen, tillsammansodlingen och skogsträdgården. Förutom odlingskällare, ett par växthus, balkong och fönster. Farbror Grön odlar för smak och älskar att tänja på gränserna. Det sås på vintern, våren, sommaren och hösten och redan när han står med fröna i sin hand finns en vision om vad dessa underbara grödor skall användas till i köket. Att odla är att leva, att se livet i varje ögonblick.
Nu kommer Farbror Grön kommer till Garveriet och sprider grön glädje och kunskap!
