Filmprofessor Jyoti Mistrys experimentella projekt, filmat under tre år och döpt efter en surrealistisk balett, utspelar sig i Helsingfors, Johannesburg, New York och Wien och inkluderar personligheter som författarna Kjell Westö och Mandla Langa samt konstnären William Kentridge, bland andra. Med lekfull eftertänksamhet rör sig filmen mellan olika geografiska platser, språk och uttryckssätt och inrymmer såväl existentiell reflektion som värdsliga handlingar som att ha sex, laga mat och tvätta. Filmen är en personlig essä och intuitiv resa avsedd både att betona aspekter av tillvaron som förenar oss och att bringa oordning.
