HÄNG MED TILL INTERNATIONELL TRÄFF I SPANIEN.
3-12 SEPTEMBER 2021
FICC en stor träff i Spanien den 3-12 september. Det blir lite av ett jubileum när campingfordon från hela Europa rullar in i Galicien, i nordvästra Spanien. FICC-rallyt arrangeras då för 90:e gången!
Centralort för träffen är den lilla staden A Guarda och träffen blir på Camping Santa Tecla, cirka 350 mil från centrala Sverige.
I väster har Galicien kust mot Atlanten. Katedralen i regionens huvudstad Santiago de Compostela är berömd, bland annat som mål för pilgrimsvandrare på ”Camino de Santiago”.

Organiser
Caravan Club är en ideell förening för alla som gillar campinglivet. Klubben bildades 1958 och har idag drygt 28 000 medlemsfamiljer.
Caravan Club sätter familjen i centrum med en verksamhet som är anpassad för alla och för skiftande behov. Basen för verksamheten är ett aktivt fritids- och friluftsliv med många aktiviteter, en omfattande träffverksamhet, utbildning, teknisk rådgivning m m. Stora resurser satsas också på att bl a förbättra trafiksäkerheten och att utveckla campinglivet. Vi har ett stort miljöengagemang där vår egen och den kommande generationens livsmiljö sätts i fokus.
Caravan Club är Sveriges största privata campingplatsägare med 33 campingplatser från Vindeln i Västerbotten till Ivön i Skåne. Arbetet inom klubben baseras huvudsakligen på medlemmarnas ideella insatser och många lägger ned tusentals timmar för klubben, bl a ca 800 förtroendevalda på olika poster.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
