David Eugene Edwards är en allvarlig man. Gravallvarlig. Hans intensiva psalmer om synd och förlåtelse är på intet sätt något annat än djupaste allvar. Alla som sett honom live, med soloprojektet Wovenhand eller som frontman i numera avsomnade 16 Horsepower, vet att han menar det han sjunger om, och det är omöjligt att inte beröras.
David Eugene Edwards har något att berätta - historier om kärlek, tro, fruktan och ond, bråd död. Varje låt framförs som om det är hans allra sista, men ändå förmedlas något slags hopp bland de apokalyptiska hymnerna. Musiken är mäktig, suggestiv, skrämmande och mystisk, och ibland skrämmande. För de oinvigda är Tom Waits och Nick Cave bra referenser, men föreställ er dem i deras allra dystraste stunder.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
