Välkommen till Stockholm Jazz Festval på Twang, Katarina Bangata 25.
Här kan du njuta av förstklassig livejazz varje kväll under festivalveckan 14-23 oktober. Konserterna äger rum på Twangs intima källarscen. I källaren finns en bar och i serveringen på övervåningen finns enklare maträtter samt varma och kalla drycker. Bandet går på kl 20:00 om inte något annat anges. Källaren öppnar kl 19:00. Kom i god tid för att säkra bra platser!
Adam Forkelid 1st Movement
Adam Forkelids skiva "1st Movement" släpptes 2021 och var enligt flera, bland andra P1 Kultur, en av årets bästa jazzskivor. Tillsammans med stjärngitarristen Carl Mörner Ringström och radarparet Daniel Fredriksson och Niklas Fernqvist i kompsektionen spelar Adam sina egna kompositioner med inspirationskällor som Satie, Chopin och Chick Corea. Den skivdebuterande kvartetten har fått strålande recensioner och rönt stor uppmärksamhet för sitt sound och sin musik. Det akustiska pianot och den elektriska gitarren skapar ett karaktäristiskt och omväxlande ljudlandskap, där deras gemensamma frasering och klangvärld får de båda instrumenten att ibland smälta ihop till ett.
