VMB Sweden

Volta do Mundo – Bambas is the biggest capoeira competition in the world, which pits capoeira athletes from different countries face to face in search of the belt. The VMB started and took shape in 2022 in Rio de Janeiro, and gained broad support and attention from various groups in the capoeira community. In less than two years, the event has already established itself as a brand and holder of the world belt in the sport. Today the VMB is present annually in Rio's sporting and tourist calendar such as the Rio Marathon, the Samba school Carnival parade and the Rio Open in sport etc. Read more about the VMB.
