I vår är Sofia Velinder och Ingrid Nilsson åter tillbaka hos oss med 2 nya datum för en dag med fokus på helheten hos dig på Halltorps Gästgiveri.
Sofia Velinder, en yogalärare utbildad i Indien, och Ingrid Nilsson, medium och healer, kommer vi att guida dig genom en välgörande resa.
Söndagen den 23 mars mellan kl. 09.00-16.00
Vi kommer att blanda yogaövningar, healing, intuitiva övningar och meditation, samt förmedla budskap från andra sidan. Under dagen kommer vi att erbjuda yinyoga anpassad efter våra olika element, yoga nidra -
den yogiska "sömnen" som ger djup avslappning och andra berikande aktiviteter för kropp och själ.
Pris: 795 kr per person. I priset ingår även lunch och eftermiddagsfika.
