Yoga för Latinamerika
Tänk känslan att göra något bra för dig själv samtidigt som du bidrar till att viktigt arbete i Latinamerika kan fortsätta. Denna känsla är möjlig söndagen 12e november.
Vi vill bjuda in till en härlig och betydelsefull söndag där alla intäkter går till Svalorna Latinamerika och en dansstudio i Nicaragua. Dagen inleds med ett frukostseminarium och filmvisning om utvecklingsarbetet i Latinamerika som sedan följs av ett unikt yogapass med en fantastisk yogalärare Eva Smoczynska som ackompanjeras med latinorytmer av DJ-duon Rhythmfamily. Efter yogapasset finns även möjlighet att vara med på en härlig dansworkshop i Latinamerikansk folkdans.

Bienvenid@s a un domingo precioso y bien importante. Empezamos el día con un seminario de desayuno y mostramos una documental cortito sobre el trabajo de desarollo en latinoamerica y al continuacion habrá una clase de yoga con la profesora tremenda Eva Smoczynska que esta acomañada con el duo DJ: Rhythmfamily que van a tocar ritmos latinos.

12:00-13:15 Clase de yoga con los DJ: Rhythmfamily que hace un mix de ritmos latinos
