Stretcha ut fredagen med Yoga & Bubbles på Elite Hotel Mimer.
Fredag den 25 oktober klockan 16.00 startar eftermiddagen upp i Mimersalen för ett kravlöst yogapass lett av hyllade instruktören Maria Olofsson. Efter passet möts vi i restaurang artonnittiosju för bubbel i trevlig anda. Möjlighet att köpa något att äta finns givetvis också.
Om Maria Olofsson:
Maria Olofsson har över 20 års erfarenhet inom fitnessbranschen, 13 år som 'Nike master trainer' och har de senaste 15 åren även coachat andra instruktörer i mängder av olika träningsvarianter. Framförallt på IKSU i Umeå, men också världen över.
Oavsett nybörjare eller rutinerad, i träningsbyxor eller jeans, så är du välkommen att delta. Möjlighet att byta om på plats finns för den som så önskar. Yoga-passet är ca 1h.
Deltagare måste ha fyllt 18 år.
