Yama & Niyama
Yama & Niyama Yogakurs är en yogakurs som fokuserar på klassisk yoga med asanas (övningar) från hatha yoga samt ashtanga yoga. Yama och niyama två av de första grenarna inom Ashtanga yoga och tillsammans kallar jag dem för livsläror. Det finns 5 yamas, yamas kan man kalla insikter om social disciplin, hur man bör agera utåt och mot andra. Niyama är i sin tur insikter om inre disciplin, hur man bör agera inåt, mot sig själv.
I denna yogakurs jobbar vi alltså med 3 st av de 8 grenarna inom yoga. Yama, niyama och asanas. Asanas är de fysiska övningar vi kallar för “yoga”. Vi jobbar med olika meditationsformer, andningstekniker, energier, chakror och mycket mer. En riktigt fullspäckad kurs.
Yama & Niyama kommer få oss att börja reflektera över oss själva, att öka vår medvetenhet och uppmärksamhet. Dessa livsläror ger oss förståelsen över hur vi kan närma oss meningen med yoga – inre förening, upptäckten av vår lyskraft och ge den möjligheten att lysa igenom alla lager av föreställningar, fördomar, lögner och trauman. För att vi kan leva i sanning med oss själva och andra. Inom yoga säger man att när man jobbat med yama och niyama är man redo för det tredje steget: asanas.
