TOMORROWS TULIPS (US)
Burger Records baserade Tomorrows Tulips spelar 90-tals doftande garage/grunge. Sprungna ur San Diego och det tidigare bandet Japanese Motors (Vice Records) tar Tomorrows Tulips stor inspiration av band som Pavement och 90tals underground. Tomorrows Tulips skapade deras första album efter ett antal sovrumsinspelningar som resulterade i deras första platta ”Eternally teenage” som den visuella artisten Thomas Campbell släppte på sitt bolag Galaxia Records. På det andra albumet ”Experimental Jelly” adderade Alex basisten Ford Archbold vilket gjorde att soundet mer och mer formades till vad Tomorrows Tulips är idag. Nu är det tredje albumet ”When” släppt och vi har turen att få se Tomorrows Tulips här i Malmö! Då den tredje bandmedlemmen enbart sysslar med visuella projektioner så kommer vi garanterat få uppleva en prima spelning på Grand!

EXIT VERSE (US)
Geoff Farina är kanske mest känd för sina tolv år som frontman i det numera nedlagda och legendariska progressiva Bostonbandet Karate men också som ena halvan av The Secret Stars samt medlem i Glorytellers. Under 2013 slog han sig ihop med Pete Choke (Brokeback, Thight Phantoms) och John Dougan (numera ersatt av Chris Dye) och bildade Exit Verse.
Exit Verse’s debutalbum minner om Karates gitarrdrivna emotionella stil, men med en starkare dragning åt klassik rock. Tänk Thin Lizzy genom ett Karatefilter. Galet bra! Skivan spelades in i Minbal i Chicago och mastrades av Bob Weston (Shellac).
