Kom till en dag, där du är i nuet med dig själv i din inre andning.
Genom tid och rum att mötas där vi alla är.
Vågar du känna, stå upp för den du är?
Genom musiken, meditationen och dansens kraft hämtar du hem dig själv. Du får mer närvaro till den du är i kropp och själ.
