The workshop will focus on exercises and improvisational methods I use in my work. We will explore specific tasks I have used during the creation of the piece presented at the festival.The exercises are designed to evoke precision, clarity, lightness, energy, presence and dynamics. During the workshop we will discuss starting points for working, sources of inspiration, how to translate ideas into movement and physicality, and how to define, compose and structure materials.
