Vad är Brushlettering?
Brushlettering är en typ av kalligrafi där man vanligtvis använder sig av en penna med flexibel spets för att rita bokstäver, t.ex en traditionell pensel eller en brush pen. Man kan variera stilen på många olika sätt för att uppnå allt från en formell, elegant effekt till en mer graffiti-känsla på texten.
Upplägg
Under introduktionen går vi igenom grunderna för kalligrafi och den speciella tekniken för att använda pennan. Med många övningsblad får din hand lära sig rita olika penseldrag och hur du sätter ihop dem till bokstäver. Vi ritar alltså fram bokstaven, därför spelar det ingen roll om du har bra eller dålig handstil, alla kan lära sig Brushlettering.
För vem?
Denna workshop passar alla, inga förkunskaper krävs! Om du har lite erfarenhet av att använda en penselpenna så kan du få utmanas på workshopen också. Du får allt material på plats som du får ta med dig hem för att fortsätta med din nya hobby.
Kursledare är Rim Jawad Wiklander, kalligraf, bokstavskonstnär och illustratör.
