Jag håller nu i vår en återkommande workshop på söndagseftermiddagar. Den är för dig som kanske inte har tid att gå på yogaklasser varje vecka, men ändå vill träna och utveckla din yoga och mindfulness. Eller så kanske du bara vill ha en dag i stillhet.
I den här workshopen delar jag med mig av min erfarenhet och syn på yoga. Vad som fungerat för mig, och vad som inte fungerat. Det blir lite teori och mycket praktik. Dom är fristående, så du kan gå på en eller på alla.
Vi kommer att gå från kraftfulla yang-positioner (asanas), genom mjukare yin-positioner och använda både andning (pranayama) och meditation (dhyana), för att komma fram till mer stillhet både i kroppen och sinnet.
Inga förkunskaper behövs. Yogamattor finns att låna. Kom i mjuka kläder och med ett öppet skeptiskt sinne :-)
