How to make rules in order to break loose? I am going to share my practices to transform imagination into physical impulses, and vice versa. The workshop will begin with simple warm-up and exercises to loosen the tension in the body; by unblocking certain forms and ideas that we inhabit, we wish to welcome and invite new physical awareness and impulses. We will practice to listen and make use of this new availability to create.
