Eva Sjöholm från WÖRKOUT fortsätter med utomhussuccen och förflyttar nu träningen till Kungsholmen som utlovat!
Under 3 veckor kommer ni att få roliga och utmanande pass som vi hoppas kan ge er inspiration att träna ute i sommar. Man behöver inte mycket, egentligen ingenting förutom krut i kroppen och naturen vi har omkring oss. Så räkna med kroppsvikten, bänkar, backar, trappor, stenar och allt vi kan hitta omkring oss helt enkelt.
Ett perfekt BOOTCAMP för dig som vill ha helkroppspass med både styrka och kondition!
Detta är ingen avancerad grupp så vill man utmana sig mer och lyfta tungt rekommenderar vi vårt andra bootcamp som Kalle Engström håller i.
