Stedsans is a forest resort placed remotely by a lake in Southern Sweden, just a few hours from Copenhagen. The offer is 22 hours of natural luxury and simplicity combined.
The food is cooked on fire from the off-the-grid kitchen. We focus on ingredients from our gardens, the wild and local small-scale producers. The restaurant has won several internatonal prizes for it's unique combination of food and wild nature. The restaurant is placed in a glass house in the middle of the forest.
Stedsans is also a sustainability project. No toxic chemicals are used in the forest, the food is homegrown/local and always poision-free, and all ressources like water and trash are handled mindfully.
A stay includes a dinner with wine pairings for 2 people, free access to the floating sauna on the lake, a private cabin, and breakfast the next day.
