VINRESAN GENOM ITALIEN
Välkomna till Al Dente Vino där vi på utvalda fredagar erbjuder vinprovningar med olika teman. Tanken är att våra provningar ska passa perfekt som AW eller som vi italienare skulle säga, aperitivo, stunden innan en måltid som man avsätter för att äta men framför allt dricka något gott, vilket är precis vad ni ska få göra tillsammans med oss!
Med hjälp av noggrant utvalda viner från Italiens alla håll och kanter tar vi med er på en Vinresa genom Italien. Under vinprovningen rör vi oss från norr till söder för att smaka på Italien. Vi börjar uppe i norr för att se på vad Piemonte, Lombardia och Veneto har att erbjuda. Kanske blir det en fyllig Barolo, en Amarone della Valpolicella eller en frisk Lugana? Vi rör oss ner mot syd -centrala Italiens kulliga berg och dalar mot Toscana, Marche och Campania där Primitivo och Trebbiano härjar. Här smakar vi även på mindre traditionella viner från vinområde Piceno och den toskanska smakbomben Vino Nobile.
