Description

Do you want to learn about which wild plants you can eat or make remedies from in the wild? Welcome to this foraging walk centered around summer plants that are not only edible but also offer valuable properties for crafting remedies and home products. At this time of the year plants are in full bloom!

Join us in exploring the diverse world of wild plants, where you'll learn to recognize them in their natural habitat. These herb walks provide a unique learning experience, allowing you to observe, taste, and smell the plants enhancing your ability to identify and appreciate their usages.

What to Expect

This is an afternoon foraging experience where Agnes introduce you to harvesting wild plants sustainably, how to identify different plants, edible, medicinal, and other home usages.

We take a slow walk with frequent stops to talk about plants we find. The species vary from site to site.

After the walk, you have the opportunity to taste drinks or snacks made with wild plants from the season. What will be available to taste is dependent on the season. Please make a note of any dietary requirements on your booking so the snacks can be adjusted to your needs.

-Yarrow saft

-Mixed wild salad with vinaigrette
