Ett 15 tal lokala yoga och meditationsledare kommer att lära ut olika former och inriktningar av detta. Ett antal spännande föreläsningar kommer att ges, och buddhistiska munkar kommer att utföra ceremonier, leda meditationer och föreläsa. Lokal god vegetarisk mat kommer att serveras och festivalen inleds med puja och avslutas med kirtan. Allt detta sker ute på magiska Kronobergs slottsruin. Varmt välkomna
