Varför behöver vi upplysning?
Alla behöver ett rofyllt sinne och ett gott hjärta eftersom det är en förutsättning för att vi ska vara lyckliga. Men hur kan vi bevara ett sådant sinne hela tiden?
På denna retreat kommer vi få praktisk erfarenhet av de olika stegen på den buddhistiska vägen till varaktig lycka. Genom att meditera på dessa kommer vi förbättra våra goda egenskaper såsom kärlek, medkänsla och visdom tills vi så småningom når upplysningens högsta lycka.

Gen Kelsang Jangdom
Gen Kelsang Jangdom är huvudlärare på Kadampa Meditationscenter
och har tjugo års erfarenhet av meditation och buddhism. Han är djupt uppskattad för sin inspirerande och praktiska undervisning samt hans glädjefulla sätt att förmedla Buddhas djupa läror.
