Massmorden på Utøya den 22 juli 2011 då 69 personer, mest ungdomar, dödades var ett unikt terroristdåd. De flesta terroristdåd drabbar urskillningslöst personer som råkar vara på en viss plats. Massakern på Utøya var uteslutande inriktad på unga socialdemokrater. Bomben i Oslos regeringskansli samma dag, som tog 8 dödsoffer, var riktad mot den socialdemokratiska regeringen.
Den svenske konstnären Jonas Dahlberg vann tävlingen om ett minnesmärke över morden. Men efter långa turer stoppades hans projekt. Varför?
Under detta seminarium berättar Dahlberg om sitt förslag och hur det stoppades. En film om konstverk kommer även att visas. Jonas Dahlberg är som konstnär mest känd för omtalade videoinstallationer.
Ali Esbati analyserar och kommenterar den politiska bakgrunden. Ali Esbati är riksdagsledamot för Vänsterpartiet och har i många år arbetat med politik och journalistik i Norge. Han har regelbundet medverkat i dagstidningen (Oslo) Klassekampen.

I have not received my Utøya ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Utøya tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Utøya tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Utøya ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
