På de här passen lär du dig olika tekniker och övningar med kettlebells och kroppsvikt för att stärka stabilitet, koordination och rörlighet. Du tränar upp styrka och uthållighet. Passar alla nivåer. Plats kommer att skickas ut i god tid innan passet.
Har du en kompis som borde testa Viljan, ta med hen! Annars hittar du en kompis att träna med på plats.
För att delta behöver du vara medlem i Viljan och antingen vara ansluten med autogiro eller ha ett giltigt 10-kort.
Om du inte ännu är medlem kan du prova på alla våra pass under en veckas tid. Anmäl dig som vanligt så får du mer information.
