Det här utomhuspasset hålls i Rörsjöparken. Du lär dig olika tekniker och övningar med kroppsvikt blandat med olika redskap för att stärka stabilitet, koordination och rörlighet. Du tränar upp styrka och uthållighet. Passar alla nivåer.
Så tränar vi säkert tillsammans
- Vi håller minst 2 meters avstånd till varandra.
- Vi undviker att använda samma redskap och desinficerar dem efter passet.
- Vi stannar hemma om vi har symtom.
Alla schemalagda pass är i grupp, med en instruktör som leder uppvärmningen, går genom övningarna, ger dig alternativa övningar om du inte tränat på ett tag eller är skadad, samt hjälper till och peppar dig under själva passet.
För att delta behöver du vara medlem i Viljan och antingen vara ansluten med autogiro eller ha ett giltigt 10-kort. Om du inte ännu är medlem kan du prova på alla våra pass under en veckas tid. Anmäl dig som vanligt så får du mer information.
