Huvudmålet för dessa attacker är Kina, men även EU och Kanada har hamnat i skottgluggen. Trump har dessutom blockerat tillsättandet av nya domare i världshandelsorganisationen, WTO, och rentav hotat med att dra sig ur WTO.
