TRÄNA MED BARNVAGN- INOMHUS
Hösten är här, och från och med nu kommer träna med barnvagn att vara inomhus i vår studio på Studenternas IP.
Vi kommer att fokusera på rörlighet och styrka, samt övningar som minimerar smärta och bygger upp kroppen starkare efter förlossningen. Nivån passar för alla och övningarna går alltid att anpassa.
NÄR? Måndag 14/11 kl. 09.00
PLATS: Uppsala träningsstudio, Sjukhusvägen 12D (studenteras IP).
PRIS: 200kr/pass som betalas via swish på plats.
Dusch och skötbord finns på studion, och det ingår lån av handduk samt tvål, schampo och lotion. Dessutom bjuder vi alltid på kaffe i anslutning till passen. Perfekt tillfälle för er som deltar att sitta ner och prata med andra föräldralediga.
Givetvis är bebisar välkomna att följa med - men det går lika bra att komma ensam om man så vill.
