Träna med barnvagn är ett koncept där du som är hemma med barn kan få dig en genomkörare utomhus, samtidigt som ditt barn hakar på i vagnen. Passet kostar 60 kronor vilket betalas på plats via swish.
Vi kommer att använda vagnen som redskap och du tar med dig ett långt gummiband. I övrigt behöver du inte ha några förkunskaper.
Detta är ett ypperligt tillfälle för dig som är föräldraledig att komma ut och träffa andra föräldrar, samtidigt som du få ett grymt träningspass 👍👌💪 Speciellt aktuellt i Corona-tider då många föredrar att träna utomhus.
Vi ses klockan 10.30 vid fontänen bredvid flustret. Räkna med att passet tar en timme. I täten har du Sofia Saarela från Uppsala Träningsstudio som är utbildad inom träning under och efter graviditet, och har själv en dotter på 1 år.
Då vi måste följa rekommendationerna gällande covid-19 finns det endast 24 platser då även barnen räknas. För att säkra din plats - skaffa en biljett. Blir inte passet fyllt är det först till kvarn på drop-in.
När du anmäler dig godkänner du att vara med på video och bild som kan komma att användas till våra sociala medier.
Eventet ställs in vid kraftigt regn.
