Jason “Timbuktu” Diakités medverkan i höstas på Kartellens kontroversiella superhit “Svarta duvor & vissna liljor” var bara en försmak på rapparens återkomst i den politiska musikens epicentrum. I samma sväng fick hans tal när han mottog 5i12-rörelsens pris för hans arbete mot främlingsfientlighet och rasism, stor uppmärksamhet. I slutet av maj släpps hans nya album som föregåtts av de båda urstarka singlarna “Spring” och “Den svenska skammen”.
I sommar ger sig Timbuktu ut på en omfattande nordisk turné tillsammans med det trogna kompbandet DAMN! Med Lunds svängigaste musiker i ryggen är det dags för landets största och viktigaste hiphopartist att påminna oss om att han också är något av det mest underhållande och livsbejakande man kan se på en scen.
