We think you should join the competition and stay for the whole weekend to maximize the fun and be part of building the future of food! You can also choose just to come for the networking mingle on Friday evening and listen to the ideas being pitched. Or you can join us on the Sunday for the demo hour to see the amazing results:
- Warm-up mingle and pitch - Friday FREE
- General registration- Friday-Sunday SEK 495 +SEK 25 fee (50% discount for students)
- Demo hour, prize-giving ceremony - Sunday FREE
FRIDAY
5:00 PM - Doors open - Vegetarian Buffet and Drinks
6:00 PM - Speakers
7:00 PM - Pitches start and teams form up
10:00 PM - Wrap up
SATURDAY
8:00 AM - Doors open and breakfast is served; breakfast seminar about brainstorming and tools for innovation
09:00 AM - Start hacking
12:00 PM - Lunch time
7:00 PM - Dinner time
11:00 PM - Time for some rest
SUNDAY
8:00 AM - Doors open and breakfast is served
9:00 AM - Continue hacking
11:00 AM - Demo hour begins
1:00 PM Lunch time; time for the jury to convene
2:00 PM – Prize-giving ceremony
3:30 PM - Thanks to all, and the Hackathon comes to a close for this time

Besides the opportunity to participate in a very exciting hackathon, make new friends and build the future of sustainable foods, the registration fee also includes:
- Drink and snack on Friday
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday
- Breakfast and lunch on Sunday
- Drink, fruit and snacks throughout the stay
- Overnight accommodation (dorm) at Krinova. Don't forget to bring a bedroll and sleeping bag!
