Helene Kjellin föreläser om tarmens påverkan på vår hälsa och hur vi kan förbättra vårt mående!
En föreläsning med fokus på grundorsaken till dåligt mående och hjälp till självhjälp för just dig och din unika kropp.
Allt handlar i grund och botten om vår matsmältning, vårt näringsupptag, påverkan av gifter och balansen i tarmfloran. Den påverkas av vad vi äter men även vad vi ätit tidigare, på vilket sätt vi äter och den påverkas även av stress och oro.
Helene förklarar på ett enkelt sätt hur allt hänger ihop och hur du själv kan tänka för att gå till botten med problemen och börja i rätt ände.
Vad hände egentligen när du föddes? Varför gör probiotika som enskild åtgärd i princip ingen nytta? Hur påverkar gifter och metaller vår sköldkörtel och resten av kroppen, hur du kan undvika dessa men framförallt hur kan du boosta ditt eget avgiftningssystem, supersystemet.
Vi serverar lite lättare ätbart, i form av Rawfood som Helene gör själv. Kaffe/te/vatten.
Vi har en paus efter ca 2 tim och sedan frågestund.
På plats kommer fördelaktigt erbjudande presenteras!
