En feministisk och punkig flamencoduo mellan en dansare och en sångare i taranto.
Två kvinnor äter solrosfrön i en park, i en port och på en innergård. De delar ett gemensamt rum, ett samtal, tystnadens intimitet. Plötsligt bryter cante (sång) och baile (dans) fram och förvandlar en vardaglig scen till ett spektakel. Taranto är ett palo (en form) inom flamenco med ursprung i gruvområdena i Almería. Det är en ursprunglig sång – enkel, torr och utan gitarr – född ur behovet av att sjunga självständigt. I Taranto Aleatorio tolkar koreografen och dansaren María del Mar Suárez/La Chachi och sångerskan Lola Dolores denna form genom ett personligt och rått uttryck, vars oväntade gester väcker humor.
En kortare version av föreställningen kommer att visas i Tensta Centrum söndag 11 maj.

STHLM DANS är en internationell samtida dansfestival vars 4 e upplaga äger rum i Stockholm 6 - 13 maj 2025.
STHLM DANS placerar dansen i nya sammanhang och skapar nya möjligheter för mångsidiga dansartister att presentera kreativa format och djärva idéer.
Ambitionen med festivalen är att sprida mer dans i staden för fler.
