TANTRIC SHADOW WORK - for mothers
This is a workshop for all mothers, or mothers to become. A workshop to expand the love towards your kids and to strengthen the attachment to them!
Are you a high performance mom with the best intentions for your children?
Do you struggle with feelings of “not being good enough” or guilt over your role as a parent?
Are you aware of old patterns from your own childhood that seem to repeat themselves in your own family, and you feel powerless towards changing it?
Does parenting offer more stress than you imagined?
Well - you are NOT ALONE.
I am doing this workshop as much for myself as for you. Because I am a full yes to all of the above. Let´s connect, heal and transform guilt to love. Let go of old patterns and harvest deep knowledge and healing from our own childhood wounds.
The workshop is online, three Wednesdays in a row, between 18.00 - 19.30.
20/3 - Ideals and Role Models
How to switch your mindset from unreachable ideals as a mother to the image of empowering role models. Learn how to extract positive energy from archetypes and develop your inner mother as a support.
27/3 - Guilt and Judgements
Learn how to use your painful judgements towards other mothers and other women as a portal to understanding yourself. Using judgements to gain pure energy and inspiration to transform your own destructive behavior and turn guilt to gold. Embrace your shame as a valuable tool to reach your own relationship goals.
3/4 - Your Child as a Guru
Did you know that our children are sent to us to remember who we really are and what life is all about? As parents we have a responsibility to take care of our children's safety and basic needs. But we actually don't have to teach them much. When we learn how to break the pattern of being superior and controlling towards our children, they grow into healthy individuals and they keep their innocent truthfulness.
All of this may seem utopic in a hectic everyday life. With our own difficulties as women, our own inner stress and troubles. To really implement those tools we need to take care of ourselves, let go of stress and get in touch with pleasure and enjoyment.
Therefore I recommend that you start a daily practice of yoga and meditation. It's enough with just 20 minutes every day. Preferably first thing in the morning. Replace 20 minutes of scrolling with landing in your own body.
