The longer we improvise the more rules, expectations and great ideas threaten to take us out of the moment and stall our progress. Let’s reconnect with ourselves, our sense of joy and the people we share our space with. Through physicality and a little bit of mischief she will focus on who you are and what you bring to the table and how you can be flexible without losing yourself. Regardless of what form, situation or skill you’re working on in improv-it all gets easier when you’re playful and present or honest enough to be. where. You. are... and still show up. So.... Let’s Play.
Anděl Sudik is a director, improviser, actor and writer based in L.A. and Chicago known for her explosive energy onstage and in the classroom as well as her experiential teaching style. She considers herself proactively pessimistic and infuses all her work-no matter how abstract- with organic honesty and emotional grounding. Barring that: Wild Joy.
