Lär dig baka med surdeg
Den här kursen riktar sig till dig som har ingen eller lite erfarenhet med surdegsbakning och som är nyfiken på att upptäcka surdegens hemligheter. Tillsammans bakar vi olika bröd samt smarrig surdegspizza till lunch. Vi använder både elugn och vedeldad stenugn. Ni kommer även att mala färskt fullkornsmjöl i en stenkvarn och sätta en egen surdeg-start med det nymalda mjölet. Självklart får ni ta med hem det ni bakat under dagen samt en deg som ni kan baka av hemma.
Under kursen varvar vi teori med praktik. Du kommer bl.a. lära dig mer om surdegens biologi, hur du hanterar och förvarar din surdeg & betydelsen av råvarornas kvalité. Vi reder även ut frågan om man egentligen kan ta död på en surdeg...

På Eldsjäl erbjuder vi olika arrangemang & kurser med fokus på traditionellt mathantverk och lokala råvaror. Här får ni umgås kring bakbordet, lära er mer om klassisk mathantverk eller baka pizza i vår stora vedeldade stenugn tillsammans med kollegor & vänner. Under vårt sidorspår Eldsjäl-kreativ hittar du kreativa worshops och pysselkvällar där du kan låta kreativiteten flöda och skapa unika konstverk.
