Tillsammans utforskar vi avancerade jäsningstekniker, experimenterar med olika mjölsorter och smaksättning, och lär oss hur vi skapar den perfekta texturen och smaken i varje bröd.
Kursens praktiska moment ger dig möjlighet att arbeta med tekniker för långsam jäsning, formning och snittning, där vi går igenom metoder för att skapa bröd som både ser ut och smakar professionellt. Vi fokuserar också på felsökning av vanliga utmaningar, med individuell handledning som hjälper dig att förbättra dina resultat och hitta din egen stil.
Oavsett om du drömmer om att baka det perfekta rustika brödet eller vill utveckla din egen unika stil, kommer denna kurs att ge dig verktygen och inspirationen att ta ditt surdegsbakande till nästa nivå!
