Sandra Sumie Nagano började komponera och spela in sina låtar i en lägenhet i Göteborg 2008, under artistnamnet Sumie.
Musiken benämns ofta som drömsk och avskalad, med melodier och texter som enligt henne själv har flera lager och toner. Det är en personlig och musikalisk resa som pendlar mellan skandinavisk och japansk folkmusik, och som också passar på den stora filmduken.
Hennes kritikerrosade debutalbum ”SUMIE” spelades in i Berlin med Nils Frahm och Dustin O’Halloran som producenter och släpptes 2013 på skivbolaget Bella Union.
Uppföljaren under samma skivbolag, “Lost in Light” från 2017, blev ett nytt musikalisk samarbete med göteborgsbaserade musikproducenten Filip Leyman som även medverkar som producent på EP:n Mirou från 2019.
Nu nalkas ett tredje album som vi hört ligger i startgroparna. I väntan på det har Sumie gett oss par svenska låtar: ”Upp Ur Mörkret”, ”Drömbrus” och ”Höga Torn”, som spelats in vid separata tillfällen med göteborgsmusiker som Håkan Wirenstrand, Klas-Henrik Hörngren, Kristoffer Ragnstam och Filip Leyman.

I have not received my Sumie ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Sumie tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Sumie tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Sumie ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
