I begynnelsen, långt innan dubbeltorrhumlade NEIPA:s och pastry sours med marshmallows, på den tiden det knappt fanns några oberoende svenska bryggerier; då fanns Närke Kulturbryggeri. I 20 års tid har de levererat öl med kunskap, passion och framförallt integritet. Den 25:e maj kommer Berith och bryggarna Emil och Jörgen på besök till Biskopen Gustav, och ni har möjlighet att ta del av något så unikt som en provning på den legendariska Stormaktsportern! 5 olika buteljer kommer testas, frågor kommer ställas, världsproblem lösas eller i alla fall luftas. Dagen efter, den 26:e maj, sker även en Tap Takeover. Detta vill ni såklart inte missa.
Organiser
The Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, även kallad Plaza Gustav, finner du centralt beläget mitt i Malmö intill Elite Plaza Hotel på Gustav Adolfs Torg. Gastropuben är en blandning av restaurang och bar där fokus ligger på hantverksmässigt och noga utvald mat och dryck för alla smaker. En plats för dig som gillar god mat och dryck i en gedigen och avslappnad brittisk pubmiljö.
Vi tillagar maten från grunden av lokala råvaror. På menyn hittar du allt ifrån klassiska pubrätter som högrevsburgare och Fish n’ Chips till mindre smårätter och välsmakande desserter, och givetvis kan du alltid hitta vegetariska och veganska mat- och dryckesalternativ. Menyn varieras och byts ut flera gånger om året efter säsong.
