We're back for our 7th year and we couldn't be more excited about our lineup of workshops, classes and community building events. All held in Stockholm's most beautiful setting: Historiska Museet.
Join us and be inspired by authors across genres. Meet literary agents and your tribe of writers and learn what you need to "find your path to published." Check out the 2024 schedule.

- Main Festival Passes purchased May 26 to August 4 will cost 3,500SEK.
- Main Festival Passes purchased from August 5 to August 23 will cost 3,700SEK.
All Main Festival Passes include lunch on Saturday, August 24, and Sunday August 25.
To purchase additional tickets like Intensive Workshops and Agent One-on-One Critiques, you need to first buy a Main Festival Pass.
Reminder: Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable. Ticket insurance can be purchased through Billetto, our ticketing platform.

The Stockholm Writers Festival is a weekend gathering of writers who come together to find the inspiration, knowhow and network that will help them bring their stories to the world. Our event is held in English. But we welcome writers who work in all languages and the knowledge gained during the Festival is relevant to all writers. Regardless of experience level, genre, or background.
Each year, we invite local and international teachers, industry experts and real, live agents to the Swedish capital to share their experience and insights with our attendees. We’ve been graced with keynote speakers including Sarah Waters, Elinor Lipman and Jane Friedman.
Are we the world’s friendliest festival for writers? That would be a bold claim but it’s certainly something we aspire to. There is no ‘them and us’ divide here. Everyone has something to offer and something to learn and we do provide a warm and welcoming environment for all.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Stockholm Writers Festival 2024 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
