With an incredible outpour of popularity on our Facebook event (over 6 Thousand People signing up!) we have decided to create The Stockholm Santa Run which is a 3KM ALL CHARITY RUN in the beautiful park of Tantolunden in Stockholm. This is a fun, non competitive run where everyone is a winner! It's about getting together, having fun, do something beautiful for people in need and also get some exercise. This year in the refugee crisis Help is needed the most - let's do something good and all run for the cause.
The Santa Run Stockholm is an event for EVERYONE. Participants under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is no entry fee for children below the age of 14 but they will need to have a full santa outfit to be able to participate.
Everyone is welcome! Invite your family, friends, co-workers, neighbours, strangers…
No previous experience is required. Let's show the world the best Santa Run ever! You are welcome to walk, power walk, jogg, run, it's all up to you.
All the money that is raised from the event after the basic costs are paid (security, police permission, etc) will go to charity organisations including Aktivisfonden (For children with special needs), Stadsmissionen, Röda korset (Red Cross) and Rädda barnen (Save the children).
The organizers of the event will not take out any economical benefit of the money raised since the idea of the run is to help people that need it more. That's why we will try to keep all the costs as low as possible, so there will be no unnecessary fancy things. After the race, each participant will get a diploma emailed to them with the result of the total money that was raised from the run, and where it went.
Everyone who signed up, will get an email with the information about when and where to collect the start kits. (Please do not send individual emails and ask this question. Unfortunately we don't have the posibillity to answer everyone).

I have not received my Stockholm Santa Run ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Stockholm Santa Run tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Stockholm Santa Run tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Stockholm Santa Run ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Stockholm Santa Run waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
