Stockholm Craft Beer Tour är en guidad tur med stopp på tre olika krogar i Gamla Stan, där vi tillsammans provar svensk hantverksöl i en provning ledd av en guide.
Vi går längst Gamla Stans slingrande gränder där ölet flödat i århundraden. Då vattnet var odrickbart blev ölet enda räddningen och detta kan hjälpa att förklara att den genomsnittlige svenskens årliga ölkonsumtion idag, dracks på en dryg vecka i det medeltida Sverige. Då som nu har ölet haft en självklar plats i svenska hem.
Under turen får ni lära er vad papegojöl är och vad det har att göra med midsommarfirandet, fyllans betydelse för gemenskapen, hur ölsnobberiet såg ut på 1600-talet och vad humlen hade för positiva och negativa biverkningar på både ekonomi, öltillverkning och sexlusten.
Lär er hur motbokssystemet fungerade och varför man gick på ölcaféer. Men viktigast av allt – smaka på några av de bästa ölen Sverige har att erbjuda!
