Description
29 MAJ 2021 – 30 JAN 2022

MAY 29th 2021 – JAN 30th 2022
This exhibition is an introduction to the life and works of the designer and artist Stig Lindberg. His rich production includes faiences, stoneware and sculptures, light bulbs, bathroom sinks, tableware and TV sets. His playfulness is to be found in everything from functional serving bowls to decorative textiles.
We also get to know the person behind the works. The Lindberg couple was subject for numerous at-home articles. Therefore we temporarily have emptied Annes House at Millesgarden, for the visitors to see Gunnel and Stigs House and their everyday life.
The Lindberg family has given Millesgarden Museum access to its large collection of the artists work. Lars Dueholm-Lindberg, Stig Lindbergs son, is managing Stig Lindberg's legacy and the curator of the exhibition.
