Sportlovs LAN på Mejeriet 21/2 -23/2 -2023
Ansvarig arrangör för evenemanget är Westbay Gaming tillsammans med mötesplatsen Mejeriet UNG
Evenemanget äger rum från tisdag 21/2 kl. 17.00 till torsdag 23/2 kl. 09.00 på Mejeriet.
Regler för LAN Partyt
- RESPEKTERA DE ANDRA DELTAGARNA! Spring ej omkring och stör!
- Inte ha en massa ”störande” ljud från musik eller liknande utan använd hörlurar (Inga högtalare)
- Mellan kl. 22.00 – 07.00 måste man vara i LAN partyts lokaler, alt. gå hem och sova för natten.
Viktigt att man meddelar berörd personal vid hemgång. (Övrig tid får man vistas utanför lokalerna) - Vi som arrangör tar ej ansvar för deltagarnas utrustning (dator, skärm, tangentbord, mus, telefon m.m.)
- Använda ett vårdat språk under evenemanget.
- I övrigt gäller Mejeriet UNG`s regler då lanet arrangeras i deras lokaler.
- OBS! Hela evenemanget är DROGFRITT! Inga energidrycker får förekomma (p.g.a. de risker som framkommit av för högt intag av dessa drycker.) Blir man påkommen med energidryck får man ta sina saker och gå hem.
Vad kommer att finnas att tillgå under evenemanget ?
- Kiosk med lättare förtäring (Panpizza, kaffe, läsk, godis m.m.)
- Sovsal finns att tillgå. Dock måste man ta med sig egna sovgrejer. (sovsäck, luftmadrass)
Tänkt på att sovsalen har begränsad yta, då är det bra om man inte tar med för stor luftmadrass. - Möjlighet till att duscha
- Dam och herrtoaletter
- Det kommer alltid att finnas minst 2 personal från Mejeriet UNG på plats i lokalen.

I have not received my Sportlovslan 2023 ticket via email. What should I do?
